All copyrights for original works of art belong to me

Commissions are intended for personal use only (unless commercial use is agreed upon in advance)

If you want to use my works for commercial purposes, the cost will be triple the original price

Prohibited:

Using works to create and sell NFTs

Using works as data for artificial intelligence (AI)

Claiming my works as your own and publishing them without crediting the author

I complete orders within 7 days. This is the maximum deadline, but I may deliver it earlier under certain circumstances

Provide me with as many references and ideas as you have in mind to ensure a clearer understanding of the order

After discussing the details, I start the work and show stages such as the sketch and finished art. I can show more stages if needed

Significant revisions can only be made at the sketch stage (up to 5), and after rendering, corrections are minor (light, color, adjustments to small elements)

If you do not want your order to be published/used anywhere, let me know (a fee of $10 is charged for this)

Maximum resolution I work in: 3000 pixels

I work only with full prepayment via PayPal / Monobank (payment is made after discussing the drawing, before the sketch)

A refund (40%) is possible if the client decides to cancel the project after the sketch stage and before rendering. No refunds are possible at the rendering stage

The client covers the commission fee when making payment
